This practice is great for insomnia. Segment one is an explanation of yoga nidra. If you want to begin your practice right away skip to segment two. In the practice you will be guided through a rotation of consciousness, an awareness of sensations and travel deep within to the stillness and peace residing within. Please do not listen while driving! There is no ending bell so feel free to drift off into restful sleep.
