Jess Gaedeke, CRO of GutCheck, a former Leader at Nielsen, speaks with Irena Todd, the CO-CEO and CO-Founder of Fresh Monster. Fresh Monster was born out of the belief that there shouldn’t be tradeoffs when it comes to keeping kids clean. Their natural plant-based products are designed and formulated for kids.
In today’s episode, Jess and Irena dig into to exactly what it takes to build a brand, and spoiler, it takes a village, from women supporting women, to a work environment that empowers parents and promotes a work life balance that isn’t just balanced, but blended.
Irena Todd is CO-CEO & CO-Founder of Fresh Monster, a fast-growing personal care brand with a mission to get kids clean without toxins, tears or breaking the bank.
