Today we are joined by Brien Bouyea who is the director of communications for the Nat’l museum of Racing and Hall of Fame in Saratoga Springs, NY. We talk about the renovation project the museum is undergoing including new interactive features for all the hall of famers. Brien who co-authored a great book about the Travers, talks about its historical significance and how this year’s edition may be sort of a throw back version with its unique positioning within this years Triple Crown series. We also touch things we would like see happen in terms of keeping the past alive in racing and Barclay Tagg’s potential hall of fame candidacy.
