Tina is co-founder and CEO of Longevity International, a social enterprise bringing together start-ups, industry, academic and governmental stakeholders under one umbrella to provide a unified voice and coordinating vehicle for positive discourse and change to ensure the ‘longevity dividend’ is accessible to everyone. Longevity International acts as the Secretariat for the All Party Parliamentary Group for Longevity which Tina leads, and which launched The Health of the Nation Strategy supported by Rt Hon Matt Hancock MP, Secretary of State for Health and Care, in February 2020 to deliver 5 extra years of healthy life expectancy to all British citizens by 2035 while mimimising health inequalities. The APPG is setting up the Business Coalition for Healthier Longer Lives (a key recommendation in the Strategy, and more urgent in the 'new normal’ post Covid-19).
Finally, Tina is CEO & Founder of Collider Science, a social enterprise that aims to inspire young people in science and technology and equip them with the skills for the future. She writes regularly for Forbes (see here), D/sruption (see here) and other media channels. Her book, ‘Live Longer with AI: How artificial intelligence is helping us extend our healthspans and live better too' is available for pre-order on Amazon, due to be published 9 October 2020.
Tina has a degree in genetics from Cornell University (USA) and MBA from Cass Business School (London).
