Today's interview is with Monica Chetty, Director of Strategic Partnerships with Pardoo Beef Corporation. Pardoo Beef Corporation was formed to purchase Pardoo Station, in WA’s Pilbara region in 2015. The station forms the epicenter of a vision for the first purebred Wagyu community in Western Australia’s northwest. Their vision is to produce purebred Wagyu and high quality beef for domestic and international markets and bring jobs to the north.
Monica's career started out in the hospitality industry, and works hard to showcase not only Pardoo's premium product, but all of Western Australia's offerings as an "eating experience".
