We are meeting with Nellie Akalp.  Nellie is the CEO and co-founder of CorpNet.com, a trusted resource and service provider for business incorporation, LLC filings, and corporate compliance services. Nellie has been in the industry since 1997 when she and her husband/business partner started their first company with $100. That business was sold to Intuit in 2005 for $20 million.CorpNet has established a partner program where they white-label startup and compliance filings on behalf of entrepreneurs. Through the partner program, Nellie has worked with many franchisors and franchisees when it comes to helping them form corporations, LLCs as well as file compliance forms to ensure a company stays in good standing.  In Part Two, we play a clip from our popular Great Quotes in Franchising podcast.
