In this episode of Research Round-up, I share 3 research studies all having to do with teenagers.
I discuss a study exploring the relationship between anti-social behavior in teens and altered brain function.
I also look at a study which observed the relationship between exercise or a lack of it and sleep habits, quality and length in teens.
Last, I look at a study strongly indicating obesity as a risk factor for depression and anxiety in children and adolescents.
