She is a former D1 college soccer player, who also struggled with weight and body image for 20 years of her life. She has been able to find a lifestyle that suits her at 37, after having two kids. She promotes a balanced lifestyle of “squats and margaritas” and today’s conversation dives into exactly how she does that.
