The more I learn about the legal industry, the more I feel like I need to learn. One of those things is navigating the partnership track and how it works. So today I spoke with Gloria Sandrino, Global Chair of Partner and Group Recruiting at Lateral Link. In our conversation today we talk about some of the deep heavy stuff on how diversity plays a role in navigating the partnership track, what that means to the entire legal industry, and how we can contribute to a more equitable and inclusive legal world to serve our clients better.
