Today I speak with Danielle Allison, CEO of Ms. JD. We talk about all things life, about how lawyering impacted her as a person and as a lawyer, and how transitioning to a unique role as a leader of a national nonprofit impacted her life as a human being. What is it like to step into a completely new role after practicing law for years, and is it possible to adjust and transition smoothly?
