I’ve been trying to start the conversation on when our mental health does not have anything to do with the profession. Because too many times we are demonizing the profession as the one and only source of mental health problems, but when we assign blame and responsibility to one thing that we do not mostly have control over, we give it more power and give ourselves less power.
