Fit to Practice with Angela Han

David Meltzer is the co-founder of Sports 1 Marketing and has been growing his influence on social media in his mission to empower over 1 billion people to be happy. I’ve been following David Meltzer for a while now, and one day he randomly commented on one of my posts about how to define success. He commented, “Success for me is the consistent, everyday persistent, without quit, pursuit of your potential.” I was like, what? He commented on my post? So I sent him a connection request and he responded. He invited me to his training, and I got excited and told my podcast editor, the amazing Mark McDonald, about it. And he said, “Invite him to your podcast!” And I said, “Wait, what? I don’t know if he is interested in lawyers.” But he said yes. And then later I find out that he actually went to law school and went through some of the exact same struggles (as he says in the podcast) that I went through as a lawyer. Anyway, after he ok’d being a guest here, I applied for his new pitch competition and I got selected. So I attended, didn’t win, but learned tons. And in this episode, I learn even more about managing stress, discovering purpose, and finding happiness. If you don’t know him yet, definitely worth knowing. His kindness just radiates in every word he says. Let’s get started.
