My journey to losing 150 pounds. I am a Mom of Four and a wife of 25 years to my high school sweetheart. I’ve struggled with my weight since I’ve been married. But No matter how many times I lose weight I will gain it all back plus some. This podcast is dedicated to figuring out a new way to get healthy. I am going to be sharing my journey of truly finding love for myself. Uncovering the emotional weight that I’ve been holding for all these years and find out why I am really eating so that I can learn to cope with my emotions in healthier ways.
