Ms. Costa is a member of The Florida Bar, the Cuban-American Bar Association, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. Ms. Costa was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
