Hi everyone, my name is Amber Desmond and I’m an emotional awareness coach. I specialize in helping women connect more fully with their own true authentic power. My focus is on emotional awareness to gain emotional empowerment. I’ll cover topics of body image, self confidence, healing , checking in on what beliefs we’re holding that are helping, and what beliefs we’re holding that are hurting. It is my intention to bring loving awareness to all the parts of ourselves that need some extra compassion, love, and understanding. We ALL have areas of our lives and ourselves that can use more love.
