Science, Mind, Emotion & Spirit - Ingredients of Life's Elixir Ft. Mark Elliott

Rumi wrote, "What you are seeking is seeking you". Mark Elliott's life has been an example of this idea in action. With his deep desire to help people, Mark completed a qualification as a Practitioner in a little known Russian medical technique.

As he began his journey of helping people heal, he had no idea where he would be led. Fast forward 21 years and you soon discover how his research, curiosity and continual learning led him to designing and teaching programs to help people improve their health. He has trained in physical, mental, emotional and finally spiritual healing models and ideas.

During our conversation, Mark and I explore many different things, from unconscious Bias, Intuition, the importance of connection, exploring your inner landscape, he shares a 1,000-year old formula known to ancient tribes to be the true elixir for a fulfilled life and how the Sacred Peace Pipe is teaching Aussie school kids respect and responsibility.
