The Dudetrek podcast is the project of Jonah Boyer, the "dude" of Dudetrek.com, who is currently walking and paddling 55,000 miles across North America. As he makes his way across a vast array of landscapes and through a wide variety of communities and cultures, his mission is to learn from local people about what makes the places they call home unique. The podcast is not just your average travelogue- it is a study of anthropology, natural science, history, and culture, told by local people, and shared through the lens of one particularly adventurous dude
