Can copper really take a life? Mental Health Advocate and Copper Toxicity Expert Deb Sheesley Tokarz learned the hard way that it can.
Now through her book I Cu Copper, speaking engagements, and social media, Deb helps us understand the danger high concentrations of this metal represent.
Deb understands both the depths of struggle and the joy of real healing. Her inspiring journey from pain to progress includes being misdiagnosed with mental illness, self-harm, fighting to move past suicidal thoughts, and more.
