Jeff is the owner of Gardner's Mattress & More in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He's authored a new book called 7 Habits of Super Successful Mattress Retailers. It's a short book designed to be read in about an hour and put into action immediately. Jeff says mattress retailers can begin leveraging the habits outlined in the book to create the type of business they love owning.
