In gaming, we help highlight some of our recommendations for Black Friday shopping this week. Don’t worry, we have items in all categories for all price ranges! Capcom might not be done with remakes. Half-life is getting another full life. Is it the long desired Half-life 3!? Sony is still in the patent submission business and the game awards are just weeks away. Who will you vote for “Game of the Year”?
In Television, the Vikings tv show lives on for another 100 years. Harrison Ford is returning to television...well, at least to a staircase? FX decided that A Christmas Carol wasn’t dark enough of a story. DC puts their Stargirl on 2 platforms. Steph Curry hangs up the jersey for comedy. We finish the section off with our impressions of His Dark Materials on HBO.
In movies, more actors are still being added to The Batman. We are naming this “Bat Watch 2019”, not to be mistaken for Bay Watch. Joker 2 has had some rumblings, but is it just a sick joke? Daniel Craig has No Time To Die. Star Trek plans to take the franchise where no other has gone before. Robocop gets a software update for the directors chair. Finally, we watched Doom: Annihilation. Never heard of it? That’s not surprising. Let’s just say the title of this movie is quite ironic.
