Did the US Army rig the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina? Far fetched or not, in the name of profit margin and cutting corners, they certainly (knowingly) neglected building a sufficient levee system to protect New Orleans.

Sandy Rosenthal is a civic activist and founder of Leeves.org. She is a native of Attleboro, MA. After earning her MBA from Tulane University, Rosenthal remained a resident of the New Orleans area to raise her family. As hurricane Katrina devastated the area, Rosenthal spearheaded this group to look into key reasons for the levee failures. Using long-time NOLA resident and actor, John Goodman, Rosenthal energized an effort to inform and reach the general public on the group findings. The official narrative of what caused the catastrophic flooding and levee collapse may not be accurate from what you have been told. "Hold the Corps Accountable", has been a key tagline used behind the message of her grass-roots organization.
