I am an engineering graduate who reinvented himself as a podcaster and chronic illness/disability advocate after developing fibromyalgia, myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME/CFS), and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS). I am the youngest of three kids and the proud uncle of my nephew and niece. I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada where I currently live with my Mom and Dad. On occasion, I help with the dishes and do my own laundry. In my spare time, I can be found throwing grapes in the air, trying to catch them in my mouth, dropping them, dusting them off, and trying again.
