His background as an economist, his focus on delivering value and his sheer passion for the possibilities afforded by people analytics meant, I judged, that he had all the ingredients to be successful.

I know that listeners will enjoy learning from Guru’s experience and vision for people analytics during the next 45 minutes or so.

This episode is a must listen for anyone interested or involved in people analytics, employee experience and HR technology. So that is Business Leaders, CHROs and anyone in a people analytics, learning, HR tech or HR business partner role.
