The numbers are indeed staggering but more people have died of hunger and there is an ongoing famine in war-torn Yemen. The impact of this pandemic goes beyond deaths and recoveries. Coronavirus has affected people differently from different walks of life. It is easy to call for a total lockdown but those who are calling for this perhaps don't really comprehend the impact it has on the lives of people.
