Rossmery Cuadros Rayme es una destacada ajedrecista que, a sus 20 años, es Árbitro Nacional de Ajedrez reconocida por la Federación Deportiva Peruana de Ajedrez (FDPA). Estudia ingeniería económica en la Universidad Científica del Sur con Beca 18 REPARED. Reconocida como Luminaria del Arte de Declamación en la ciudad de Ayacucho. Su ejemplo de ciudadanía ha sido fundar en Ayacucho la escuela que ella no tuvo cuando fue niña: Ajedrez sin fronteras ha formado a más de 600 niños en este deporte ciencia. ¡Conoce su motivadora historia!
