Come Rain or Shine

The name of the podcast came from the idea that “Come Rain or Shine”, a leader has to show up every day to be there for their people, bring energy, and an optimistic attitude.

I retired from Disney in May 2018 and am on a new career path of speaking and consulting. I’d like to take what I’ve learned from working at Disney for 27 years to help people with their companies. Help them realize that if you hire the right talent, set expectations for your people, then motivate and reward them well, you can have a successful company.

Everyone has a different story and path and experiences are all you have at the end of the day.

No matter what level you are or whatever you do, you have to know what your purpose is.  The Disney purpose is to create the best vacation people ever had by creating magical memories that last a lifetime.

From this podcast, expect to hear about experiences I had at Disney, dealing with difficult situations, mistakes I’ve made, successes from my career, and some fun stories.
