About Christine:
Christine Billy is a Professional Certified Coach and scientist, passionate catalyst of
change and specialized in high-performance coaching. She demonstrated excellence in
new business development, cross-functional collaboration and talent management, and
has more than 20 years’ experience leading global projects in the pharmaceutical
industry.
Since 2009, she supported more than 1000 individuals and teams to move from
dissatisfaction to action, to achieve sustainable success. She uses a simple and
efficient 3 steps approach: define the wants, assess current situation and develop
action plan (Choose, Believe, Act).
Her motto: ambitious and easy!
She is leading the Coaching Hub Switzerland, a Centre of Excellence for coaching, with
more than 200 coaches. She is the lead trainer of the EDU Coaching Training School
Switzerland and a former Board member of the International Coach Federation (ICF)
