The contestants were tasked with making "Japanese" steamed buns (Keirn talks about this not being traditionally Japanese), matcha mille crepe cake and a kawaii showstopper cake. Keirn talks about the misinformation given out about Japanese Week and how the producers missed the opportunity for a real cultural experience for the contestants and the viewers.
