(S2) The 40th episode is special to me, so to commemorate this occasion I wanted to discuss movies that premiered in the 1940s. In this episode we will have a story about a divorced woman who is working on her own and trying to maintain a pleasant relationship with her spoiled daughter while the other story is about a man who gets entangled with a woman who wants nothing more than to divorce from her husband and she’s willing to kill for it.
So our double feature will include, "Mildred Pierce" and "Double Indemnity"
