Just positive ways to break bad habits I am a person that has broken several bad habits I was fat 355 pounds fat. I did drugs and alcohol, and you name it, and chances are I tried it once, on a lot of things. Anyway for years I’ve been breaking them and it’s changing my life for the better. I’m down under 200 pounds I feel better, and look better. I want the same thing for everyone. That is, if you want to be free.
