We wanted to directly oppose that belief and hopefully through talking about our emotions, we can have the space for men and everyone else to let themselves be heard. With previous guests of the pod, Jason, Jorge, Tommy & Marco, we open the discussion about that big M word and discuss all shades of masculinity, from the toxic to the parts of it we're proud of owning.
