Dr. Emily Rowe goes beyond the world of conventional medicine by combining intellect with intuition, holding multiple paradigms in her mind simultaneously. Utilizing a customized client-centered approach, she digs deeply into the root causes of diseases, using cutting-edge laboratories and awareness of how ecological toxins can effect health. She embodies empathy for her clients, as she has personal experience with medical issues related to environmentally acquired illnesses. Treatment plans for her clients are individually created, and often combine a variety of methods including physiological detoxification strategies, eradication of stealth infections, vibrational resonance healings, meditation, hypnotherapy, medical astrological analysis, and ancient wisdom practices, such as Shamanism, acupuncture, and herbal medicines. As a result of her work as a healer, there is a higher level of conscious awareness of the environmental ramifications of toxins on chronic inflammatory illnesses, leading to insights about macrocosmic-microcosmic relationships and profound healing, and true etiological resolution.
Emily T. Rowe graduated from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in 2004. After a brief time in the field of Internal Medicine, she became frustrated with the Western approach to illness. She realized that she was being trained to treat the symptoms of disease and its end-stage complications, while failing to address its root cause. Inspired to find a comprehensive and definitive way to heal her patients, she went back to school and completed her Master’s Degree in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and became ceritifed inn functional medicine with the Institute of Functional Medicine. She has extensively studied with Dr Richard Horowitz for Lyme and Dr Neil Nathan for mold toxicity. She holds certifications in yoga, hypnotherapy and Shamanism.
She specializes in treating patients who have exhausted or failed Western medical therapies for chronic conditions.
Dr. Christopher Estes is a board certified OB/GYN and functional medicine physician. After spending over a decade working at all levels of the conventional medical system, he became increasingly frustrated with its limitations and the lack of progress he saw with so many of his patients, especially those with the most complicated medical issues. This, combined with personal experiences with environmental toxicity and chronic infections, spurred him to go back to school and develop a better way to practice medicine. He became an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Provider then continued to dive deeper into learning about treating environmental toxicities, Lyme disease and related infections. He has also introduced advanced IV nutritional therapies, ozone therapies, quantum biofeedback, platelet rich plasma and stem cell therapies. Further, he integrates energetic and psycho-spiritual practices in his work using sound healing and shamanic techniques. Chris is on a lifelong journey to continue learning new modalities to treat his patients and help them meet their health goals using a fully integrated approach from Western medical science to ancient healing traditions. He is incredibly grateful to his wife and partner in medical practice, Emily Rowe, MD, AP. Together, they own and operate Miami Beach Comprehensive Wellness Center, a healing space for people who have been failed by the conventional medical system and anyone seeking an alternative to the inadequacies of routine medical care.
