Not in a corny way, but by cultivating a meditation practice that allows you to both relax and restore, using helpful mindfulness tools. Recorded live during a Calm with Christoph group meditation, this is a safe and gentle combination of guidance and lots of silent space to practice. No music to help with focusing on the now moment.
