To me, the Mindfulness of Breath meditation is the cornerstone of all meditation. Although short and simple, keeping your awareness on the breath is not always easy and requires practice. It’s about constantly bringing your mind back to the present moment via the breath, which takes the needle off the ‘autopilot mind’, so to speak.
