在每集的節目中,我會提供你一個在10分鐘內可以完成的情緒練習,幫助你鍛鍊你情緒管理的能力。不過,注意到這些訓練的目的,並不是要讓你學會如何消除讓你困擾的情緒或是想法。我要幫助你的,是即使那些困擾的情緒或是想法出現了,你也不會被他們所控制,讓你更可以做自己的主人。
