看標題大概可以想像是走分享各行各業的一個路線，沒有錯，每一集將會邀請一位像Miss米一樣的上班族，分享自身的 #職 業。
但這個節目特別的是，我們將不會著重在那些光鮮亮麗的外表（好棒棒已經聽很膩了），而是會請來賓分享，自己在工作中曾經歷過哪些挑戰與挫折甚至是失敗，那些過去帶給肩膀不可忘卻的重 #量 。
