*什麼是催眠式引導冥想呢?

催眠式引導冥想,是帶領人放鬆身體進入一種內在寬鬆的狀態後,有目標性的透過隱喻、故事、畫面想像來設計,讓潛意識接收有益的建議自行在身心系統運作,例如:自律神經的放鬆、身體機能的修復、打破侷限、激發創意、調整思考模式、提高效能、運動員訓練等等。

*冥想和催眠式引導冥想有何不同呢?

簡單來說:

冥想和催眠都是能讓一個人進入不同精神或意識狀態的方法,如果以肯恩·韋伯意識光譜的模型來說,冥想和催眠是光譜上不同的意識區間,會有些不同的意識狀態。


再更簡單的來說,冥想的核心是觀,而催眠的核心是暗示。而觀的本身是沒有內容和目標,暗示是具有目標性的。
