ما هو الاقتصاد الحر؟ ما الفرق بينه وبين الاقتصاد الموجه؟ وما السبب وراء السمعة السيئة لاقتصاد السوق الحر في كثير من بلدان العالم العربي؟ وهل هناك علاقة بين الاختراع والابتكار وبين الاقتصاد الحر أو الليبرالي؟

هذه الأسئلة وغيرها يناقشها المحاور ماهر جبره مع د. نوح الهرموزي. د. نوح هو أستاذ الاقتصاد بجامعة "ابن طفيل" في القنيطرة بالمغرب ومدير المركز العربي للدراسات والبحوث العلمية والإنسانية. د. الهرموزي حاصل على درجة الدكتوراه في الاقتصاد من جامعة إيكس مرسيليا بفرنسا.

What is a free economy? What is the difference between it and the command economy? What is the reason behind the bad reputation of the Free Market economy in many countries of the Arab world? Is there a relationship between invention and creativity and a free or liberal economy?

These questions and more are discussed by the host Maher Gabra in conversation with the renowned scholar Dr. Nouh El Harmouzi. Dr. Nouh is an economics professor at Ibn Toufail University in Kenitra, Morocco. Also, the director of The Arab Center for Scientific Research and Humane Studies.
