這是一個關於愛的頻道。李安妮是一位身心靈引導師、作家和瑜珈老師，藉由她20多年開設身心靈工作坊的經驗與大家分享。
透過各式各樣的關係，我們學習找到能夠為自己的幸福快樂負責的力量。無論是親子關係，或是男女關係、伴侶關係，我們能夠從彼此的互動，理解自己的需求、懂得溝通我們需要的支持，同時也因為沒有人能夠負責我們的好壞，開始自我成長、學習與內在愛的源頭連結。
李安妮老師希望她的分享能啟發人們聆聽自己的渴望，不被任何身邊的關係束縛，學習建立彼此尊重的關係，允許自己和他人去雕刻自己想要的人生。當每個人能夠成為自由獨立的個體，才會自然有愛可以分享。
